If we look at the nutritional values ​​of the hemp seed we will see that it has 5.13 g per 100 g of alpha-linolenic acid (Omega 3). A single dose of 30 g of hemp seeds already provides us with 1.54 g of Omega 3.  According to the Regulation that establishes the list of authorized declarations of health properties of foods, the beneficial effect for health is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of this fatty acid.
